Set the voltage, current, and turn lights way :( see figure below)
The module has no output voltage, please set the MPPT potentiometer clockwise adjusted output voltage.
1, set the output voltage: with float voltage according to the value you want to charge the battery, or string, parallel LED voltage value, the constant voltage regulator potentiometer (CV), the output voltage is set to the desired voltage. (Without load connected under)
2. Set the turn lamp current indication: After setting the output voltage, the CC adjustment potentiometer counterclockwise around 20 laps, with a multimeter 20A current file output short circuit, regulator CC potentiometer you need to turn the lamp current, and then turn adjustment light electrical potential, just transferred until the green light.
3, setting the constant current value: improved after adjusting the lamp current, the multimeter 20A current file is still short-circuited output (with voltage, current meter can directly wire shorted output) CC adjustment potentiometer to set the current value you need. (Short-circuited by the method of setting the output current, the actual charge current is smaller than the short circuit current setting, the battery should have a residual voltage, if you want to set the charging current and accurate, with a completely discharged battery connected to the output and then set the output current.)
Note: When you set the constant voltage higher than 1.25V, otherwise constant function will fail.
4, set the MPPT voltage:
A, adjustable power supply using the method set: the adjustable power supply voltage is adjusted to the set value (eg 18V), the output is not connected to the load at module output voltage, counterclockwise tune MPPT potentiometer to set the output voltage can just reduce the critical point.
B, using the method of direct solar panel set: input directly connected to the solar panels, according to the load with setting the output voltage, shields part of the light shone on the solar panel, then the output load. Multimeter to measure the output voltage of the solar panel (cut with a voltage meter to the input voltage display), adjust the potentiometer to the MPPT solar panel voltage to a maximum power point voltage. (Actual solar panel maximum power point voltage will be lower than the nominal voltage, such as 18V solar panels, maximum power point will be around 17.5V,)
You can also adjust the output current measuring mode MPPT value, the multimeter string into the current file (with the header can be switched to the current display) between the output and the load to the callback MPPT potentiometer to the output current to the maximum.
Note: When using the solar panels directly transferred MPPT value, solar panel power is greater than the load power emitted Please Shu block some of the light shone on the board too, in order to reduce the power of the solar panel, so as to align MPPT value.
