Circuit principle:
The circuit consists of a pulse generator and a decimal counter circuit. The pulse generator consists of NE555 and external components to form a multivibrator. When the button S1 is pressed, Q1 is turned on and the NE555's pin 3 is pulsed. Then the 10 outputs of the CD4017 turn the high level to drive 10 LEDs to emit light alternately. After releasing the button, because of the presence of the capacitor C1, Q1 will not be cut off immediately. As the voltage across C1 decreases, the conduction procedure of Q1 gradually weakens, the frequency of the output pulse of the 3 pin becomes slower, and the LED moving frequency also follows. Slow down. Finally, when C1 is discharged. Q1 cuts off, the foot of NE555 no longer outputs the pulse, LED stops moving. A "draft lottery" process was completed in this way. R2 determines the speed of LED movement, and C1 decides the time to wait for "drawing"
